All cylinders are tested on-site in our workshop to strict IDEST Standards. Cylinders require a visual test 2.5 years from date of manufacture (original cylinder markings). From the manufacture date the cylinder then requires a full hydrostatic test every 5 years. This process is an ongoing cycle. Hydrostatically tested cylinders are stamped with the appropriate inspection date. 

Twinset inspection includes valve and manifold service, as well as twinset breakdown and rebuild. 

Oxygen (O2) cleaning is required for any cylinder being used for Nitrox due to the gas blending process. Once the cylinder has been oxygen cleaned it is oxygen standard and lasts for 15 months. The cylinder will have specific oxygen clean decals and contents stickers so that you can distinguish it from a normal air cylinder.

Customers are required to drop the cylinder to the Aquanaut or Amphibian store during working hours. Shipping is not available.

Turnaround is approximately 10 working days from receipt of item.

We will notify you prior to any major additional work.

On completion, we contact you to arrange collection.
